National Day Holiday Notice

According to the national holiday arrangements and the actual situation of our company,

the 2024 National Day holiday arrangements are hereby notified as follows:

1. Holiday time The 2024 National Day holiday will be from October 1 (Tuesday) to October 6 (Monday), a total of 6 days. Among them, October 1 to October 3 are legal holidays for National Day, and the rest of the time is adjusted to work, and work will officially resume on October 7.

2. Work arrangements Please make work arrangements before the holiday in advance for the heads of each department to ensure the normal operation of the company’s business during the holiday. For emergency matters that need to be handled during the holiday, please formulate emergency plans in advance and designate someone to be responsible. During the holiday, if any employee needs to work overtime due to work, please apply to the department manager in advance, and adjust the holiday or pay overtime pay in accordance with the company’s regulations.

3. Matters needing attention Before the holiday, please conduct a safety inspection of the office area in each department, turn off unnecessary power supplies and doors and windows, and ensure the safety of the company’s property. During the holidays, all employees are requested to pay attention to personal health and safety, comply with local epidemic prevention and control policies, and reduce unnecessary gatherings and travel. If there is an emergency or assistance is needed, please contact the company’s on-duty personnel in a timely manner.

4. Return to work arrangements All employees are requested to return to work on time on October 7 (Monday). After returning to work, please ask the heads of each department to organize a department meeting to summarize and sort out the work during the holidays to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent work.
